3. Ad Postings and Classifieds

Chembur Properties allows users to post advertisements, including Property, Car, and Job listings, as well as Yellow Pages sponsorships.

• Content Accuracy: You represent and warrant that any content you post is truthful, accurate, and does not violate any third-party rights.
• Prohibited Content: We strictly prohibit offensive, discriminatory, adult, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any listing without prior notice.
• Verification: We may (but are not obligated to) verify the authenticity of listings. Chembur Properties is not liable for any discrepancies or fraud committed by third-party advertisers.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Paid advertisements and sponsorships are subject to the fees displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or bank details.
• Refund Policy: All payments for digital advertisements and subscriptions are non-refundable once the ad has been activated, unless otherwise specified or required by law.

5. Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your account, inquiries, ad renewals, and promotional offers via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chembur Properties acts merely as a platform connecting buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, employers, and job seekers. We are not a party to any transactions between users. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any interactions with other users.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
